KIM HIBBS
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Kim Hibbs founded Hibbs Luxury Homes in 2004 alongside his wife, Jan, with a singular vision: to not become the biggest but the best home builder. While the company started in St. Louis, Missouri, its roots in Park City, where the family has kept a home for over 40 years, led to a natural expansion into Northern Utah.
Over the years, Kim has built recognition not only for stunning luxury homes but also for setting the standard in high-performance building. He has been a Master Certified Green Professional (MCGP) for more than 15 years, actively served on the board of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for over a decade, and is past President of the Home Builders Association of St. Louis & Eastern Missouri.
Kim’s early professional roots are somewhat unexpected: before building homes, he worked in broadcast journalism at an NBC affiliate. That experience shaped his emphasis on communication and transparency that are core values central to how Hibbs Luxury Homes operates.
JAN HIBBS
CO-FOUNDER & VICE PRESIDENT
Jan Hibbs co-founded Hibbs Luxury Homes in 2004 with her husband Kim, building her foundation in custom home design and renovation. Before fully launching Hibbs Luxury Homes, Jan and Kim renovated homes together, developing a refined sense of quality, materials, and craftsmanship that still drive the company today.
As a licensed real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Gundaker, Jan has specialized in locating buildable land, working with clients to find the perfect site for their dream home. Her expertise in land acquisition complements her role in managing new home sales and marketing for Hibbs Homes.
Jan also oversees business operations and financial management across the company's St. Louis and Park City markets. She ensures that project budgets, cash flow, procurement, and internal processes align with the high-performance, luxury standards that set Hibbs Luxury Homes apart from other builders.
