At Hibbs Homes, we have long been pioneers in green home building in Missouri. In addition to day-to-day construction of energy-efficient homes, we have spearheaded some of the first high-performance initiatives in the state, including:
- Active House USA – The first Active House in North America, this home was built in Webster Groves and met or exceeded four North American sustainable building certifications: the National Green Building Standard, Energy Star, EPA Indoor airPLUS, and Building America Builder Challenge.
- Proud Green Home – This Wildwood home was built as the most energy-efficient home in Missouri, and served as a building classroom for Mizzou students and industry professionals throughout design and construction.
