When our clients found a piece of land in the Talisker Club at Tuhaye, they knew that a design and build project that started from the ground up would be the only way to do the view and their vision justice.

As they began designing their home they also began building the ideal team to help them bring this home to fruition. After meeting our team they knew we would be a great fit because of our buttoned-up processes. This is their first true ground-up design build project so they wanted to have access to a team that knew the unique challenges of the area and the custom process.

Our team helped guide their floor plan development to maximize their design specs and stay within their investment goals. As they neared their dream mountain home design, our team was able to weigh in on those design specs and help them determine the best approach for their land and budget.

We also put them in touch with a variety of designers we knew would be a good fit so they could evaluate what was best for them. Ultimately they chose to work with one of our in-house design partners, and the results have been outstanding.
