Kim Hibbs
FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Kim founded Hibbs Luxury Homes in 2004 alongside his wife, Jan. Renowned nationally as a leading high-performance building company, their deep roots in the Park City drove them to expand here and introduce their brand of exceptional building quality and processes to the region.
Kim has been a Master Certified Green Professional for 15 years, has served on the board for the National Home Builders Association (NAHB) for 10 years, and is the past president of the HBA of Eastern Missouri. He is a RESNET and EnergySTAR-recognized and the builder of one of the first gold level-verified green homes in the St Louis area.
Jan Hibbs
CO-FOUNDER & VICE PRESIDENT
Jan co-founded Hibbs Luxury Homes in 2004 after working alongside her husband and co-founder, Kim Hibbs, renovating homes. She is a licensed real estate agent and helps manage new home sales and marketing. Jan works closely with clients who need help finding land to build their homes and also oversees the business and financial operations for Hibbs Luxury Homes.

Amy Herold
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
A Utah native, Amy was instrumental in the building Hibbs Luxury Homes in Northern Utah. She has become integrated into initiatives to conserve the character and community that makes the Wasatch Back unique. She serves on the board for the Park City Home Builders Association and is active in the Junior League and Utah Women in Business.
Craig Johnson
Director of Construction
A residential construction expert, Craig has been entrenched in the building business since he left the Marine Corps and joined the civilian world. But even prior to his time in the service, he studied engineering and construction management as part of his high school curriculum. Craig brings an in-depth knowledge of engineering and construction to the team, and has a proven track record for problem solving and process improvement.

Alexa Wagasky
Project Manager
Alexa is our resident expert on powder days and everything the mountain has to offer. She has worked in construction in the Park City area since graduating from Auburn University with her degree in Mechanical Engineering. She designed commercial HVAC and plumbing before moving into residential construction, where she has found her calling. She is the key to keeping the quality of relationships and vetting practices running with our trades and vendors.
Steve Tolley
PROJECT MANAGER
With more than 33 years experience in the construction industry, Steve has built a career that spans residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects. His experience ranges from Journeyman Electrician to Safety and Environmental Engineer, and most recently superintendent/Project Manager Born and raised in the Heber and Park City area, Steve takes pride in contributing to the growth of the communities he calls home. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, paddle boarding, golf, and pickleball. But his greatest joy comes from spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Scott Peirce
Superintendent
Born and raised in the Wasatch and Summit valleys, Scott brings more than 40 years of construction experience to the team and leads job sites with the steady hand of someone who has seen every challenge a mountain build can present and knows exactly how to meet it. His reputation is built on integrity, precise craftsmanship, and the kind of clear, direct communication that keeps projects — and clients — on solid ground.
Layne Majors
Superintendent
Layne's connection to the construction industry started early in a technical high school program that built home from the ground up. This sparked a fascination with the craft that never left him. He completed four years of plumbing school and spent 25 years as a plumber, 15 right here in Park City. He owned and operated his own plumbing business before transitioning to site supervision, where a spent the last decade. When he's not overseeing a build, you'll find him on his ranch or in the garage restoring and modifying vehicles.
Sean McCallister
Superintendent
Sean brings 38 years of hands-on construction with some of the most respected custom builders in Park City and Summit County where he served in a variety of roles such as Project Manager and Superintendent. That depth of local experience means he knows the terrain, the trades, the codes, and the relationships that keep a high-end home build moving. Sean has a reputation for getting projects across the finish line on schedule, on budget, and to exacting standards with the kind of steady, professional presence that gives clients confidence at every stage.
Jordan Miller
Assistant Superintendent
After graduating from Louisiana State University in 2018, Jordan moved to Park City to pursue his passion for mountain biking. His first entry into the construction world was as a residential carpenter and since has had a hand in just about every aspect of home building, becoming a bit of a renaissance man in all things construction. Jordan’s driven and detail oriented personality is an asset both in the office and on the job site.
Cole Marquis
Assistant Superintendent
Cole's path into construction began in a high school engineering class, and what followed was a natural progression: hands-on work with local contractors, a stint at Red Ledges where he discovered custom home building and property management, and eventually launching his own business and earning his Contractor's License. At Hibbs Luxury Homes, he's diving headfirst into the full custom home building experience, bringing an entrepreneur's drive and a builder's instincts to every project. What defines Cole as much as his credentials is his commitment to continuous learning — he's always looking for ways to sharpen his craft and raise the bar on his work.
