At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Tuhaye’s Dancing Sun, our clients are building the East Daybreak Custom Home. Built as a vacation retreat away from their busy lives, it is an intentional space designed for them to exhale, to gather, to recharge.

Inside, the home unfolds in a way that makes togetherness feel effortless. The kitchen anchors the main floor with it's open, inviting space supported by an extensive butler’s prep pantry that quietly does the heavy lifting. Big meals, impromptu happy hours, holiday memories… this home is ready for it all because there’s space for the mess to disappear and the experience to stay front and center.

Three home offices are situated throughout the space for private moments in between adventures. And in the lower level is a game room, wine room, and a bunk room ready to become kids’ headquarters.

Wellness is woven into the rhythm of the house, too. The lower level also includes home gym and sauna. An elevator ties it all together making every level accessible to the entire family.

Multiple main-level outdoor design boast fire features and heating so the views can be enjoyed no matter the weather. It’s the kind of place where you look up and realize you’re not checking the time anymore.
