With a spectacular view of Jordanelle Reservoir and the slopes of Deer Valley Resort, this lux mountain home in the Wasatch Mountains is primed for a peaceful getaway each evening after spending the day exploring the great outdoors.

Both levels of this stunning residence showcase the breathtaking views that stretch towards the Jordanelle Reservoir. The rear of the home is designed to maximize the panoramic view of the bedrooms and gathering spaces of this home.

On the main level, the private primary bedroom suite is separated from a spacious guest suite by the large, great room gathering spaces. The primary kitchen on the main level has a large pantry for additional meal preparation space and custom storage. Just off the kitchen is a mudroom with cubbies built to hold all of the gear for your outdoor adventures and is adjacent to the laundry room with double stacked washers and dryers.

The lower level calls back the layout of the main floor with two spacious bedroom suites flanking a family room space and kitchenette. Four of the five bedroom suites have views of the mountains and water, as well as direct access to covered outdoor patio spaces. The fifth bedroom with custom, built-in sleeping bunks on the lower level is the only exception, with no direct outdoor access but still offering a view of Deer Valley's mountains.

Construction on Lot 84 in SkyRidge began in April 2023 and is scheduled to wrap in Spring of 2024.
