Living states away, our homeowners are working closely with their building team to coordinate selections and watch their home come to life. Through pictures, video conferencing, and our project management tools, we are sharing progress and guiding them through their selections.

The selections and the floor plan are also being guided by accessibility needs. Design features like a main floor primary bedroom suite, curb-less showers, and an elevator are being picked out and built into the home so they can live there even after mobility changes.
