Kim Hibbs
Founder & President
Kim leads the custom building teams in Park City and St. Louis. He is actively involved in the design, development, and construction of each new home we build and plays a key role in shaping the processes that make the custom home building process easier for our clients.
He is a Master Certified Green Professional (MCGP) and has worked to advance responsible high-performance home building practices, and advised the White House on the importance of green home building. As a former broadcast journalist, Kim has channeled that talent into educating clients about home building through our podcast, "The Art of Custom."
Jan Hibbs
Co-Founder & Vice President
Jan co-founded Hibbs Luxury Homes in 2004 alongside her husband Kim, and two decades later remains the operational and relational backbone of the company across both markets. As a licensed Realtor, she partners with Laura Hofer to help clients navigate one of the most critical early steps - finding the right land. Together they specialize in identifying buildable sites across the St. Louis region, bringing a builder's eye to what most real estate agents can't offer.
Behind the scenes, Jan oversees the business and financial operations for Hibbs Luxury Homes in both St. Louis and Park City, ensuring the company that bears her family's name runs with the same integrity and attention to detail that goes into every home they build.
Chris Pedigo
General Manager
Chris Pedigo grew up in the construction industry. As a fourth-generation carpenter, he has more than 30 years of new home building experience and has been instrumental in developing our proven custom home building process.
Chris oversees our St. Louis construction operations, and provides client liaison, quality control, and project oversight for every home we build. Prior to joining the Hibbs Homes team in 2013, Chris served as the construction manager for Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County and continues to serve on their board.
Alexis Hibbs
Operations Manager
Alexis joined the Hibbs Homes team in 2022 and has since made herself indispensable across nearly every aspect of the business - from initial sales conversations through warranty, she is learning the company from the ground up. She manages client disbursements, change orders, and purchase orders, and also assists clients in finding the land their dream home will be built on. Her broad involvement gives her a rare end-to-end perspective on the custom home building process, and clients benefit from working with someone who understands where they've been and where they're going.
Kathleen Lewis-Arvin, PMP
Project Manager
Kathleen is an experienced construction estimator with over 10 years in the construction industry. Known for her attention to detail and accuracy, she brings a strong focus on energy-efficient and sustainable construction practices. Her estimates are thorough, reliable, and grounded in a deep understanding of building systems and cost control.
Kathleen is committed to delivering exceptional client service through clear communication, transparency, and a personalized approach. She takes the time to understand each project’s unique goals and provides the insight and support clients need to make confident, informed decisions.

Neil Helfer

As a Construction Superintendent, Neil is the primary point of contact for multiple projects. He brings more than 25 years of commercial and residential construction experience to every project he works on. Neil is known for his attention to detail and ability to deliver quality homes on time and on budget.
Jeff Milam
Superintendent
Jeff began his career as a carpenter right out of high school working with a custom home builder and eventually working his way up through many different roles over the years. With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Jeff has always had a passion for bringing customers' dreams to life. At Hibbs, he is able to live out that passion every day by helping homeowners turn their visions into reality.
Jim Thompson
Superintendent
Jim spent years in the precision-driven environment of auto manufacturing plant before channeling that same discipline into the construction trades. After transitioning out in 2005, he built his experience as a remodeling contractor and painter, developing an eye for detail and finish quality that translates directly to the custom home job sites he oversees today at Hibbs Luxury Homes.
Neil has been moving the job site along, communicates well with us, and keeps a clean job site. It's nice to see things coming along.
Ann Fritz
Senior Designer & Selections Coordinator
Ann is a true expert at both residential and commercial interior design, with more than twenty years of design experience, including many years working managing selections for private clients, spec and display homes.
She works closely with our clients to guide them through the process of making material selections that will fulfill their vision for their home, while keeping them on budget. She is well-established with local architects and showrooms in the St. Louis region, and enjoys working with homeowners to help them realize their vision for their dream home.
Karla Todd
Designer & Selections Coordinator
Karla graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. After graduating, she worked in design showrooms assisting clients in choosing interior finishes for their homes. She then went on to work with a residential builder where she assisted homeowners with exterior and interior selections for their new homes.
Most recently, Karla has been working as a freelance designer while raising her three children. With over 15 years of design experience, she recognizes the importance of connecting with clients on their home building journey in order to craft their vision for their dream home.
Kaitlin Byerly
Selections Coordinator
Kaitlin joined the Hibbs Luxury Homes team after working in the home design staging business. Since earning her degree in interior design she has been working in the design industry to help make homes beautiful for homeowners across the St Louis area. Kaitlin's dedication to translating our clients' visions into a reality that fits within their budget goals is second to none.
I've said it a thousand times and I'll say it again. I can't imagine what our dream home would have turned out like if we didn't have Ann!!
Melody Meiners
Director of Marketing & Communications
Melody shapes the voice and strategy behind Hibbs Luxury Homes across every channel — from digital campaigns to sales support — spanning both the St. Louis and Park City markets. Before joining the team full-time, she ran her own marketing and communications consultancy, where Hibbs Homes was one of her first clients. Her background spans food and beverage marketing and a tenure in information technology with an international car rental company, bringing a rare cross-industry perspective to the art of luxury home building.
Emily Melaragno
Marketing Coordinator
A University of Missouri graduate with a degree in graphic design, Emily brings a visual storyteller's eye to everything she touches at Hibbs Luxury Homes. Spanning both the St. Louis and Park City markets, she develops the marketing materials, photography, video, and social media content that bring the Hibbs brand to life, translating the craftsmanship on job sites into the compelling visuals that help clients imagine what's possible.
Jim Woodruff
Project Coordinator
Jim Woodruff has worked in the custom home construction business for nearly 20 years and is absolutely indispensable to our team. He works to help our team prepare the lot for construction - and serves as a liaison between the client and the municipalities to ensure that all projects are executed correctly and fully permitted. He also oversees our construction site safety programs.
