Inside, the design is warm and intentionA;. A custom full-light front door floods the foyer with natural light, which plays across a rough-hewn beam ceiling — one of the home’s defining architectural moments. From the entry, natural materials carry through the entire residence, layering texture and depth without visual noise.

The chef’s kitchen is the heart of the home, designed with the precision you’d expect from clients who have spent careers in professional kitchens. Mixed wood cabinetry from Eclipse, Wolf ranges, Sub-Zero refrigeration, and a vacuum seal drawer reflect a chef’s standard of function. The main kitchen is supported by a dedicated scullery and prep pantry — complete with an integrated refrigerator, coffee bar, and prep sink — so the primary space stays clean during large gatherings.

CONNECTING INDOOR & OUTDOOR LIVING - YEAR ROUND

For clients who entertain professionally, the connection between indoor and outdoor living wasn’t a feature, it was a requirement. The four-season lanai adjacent to the great room delivers on that fully. Finished with stone flooring, a tongue-and-groove ceiling, and a gas fireplace, the space is equipped with retractable screens, discreet climate control, and a complete outdoor kitchen. It functions as another place to gather in the home through every season

Our High-Performance Building Standards

This home is built to the Hibbs Healthy Homes Building Standard, a holistic approach to high-performance construction that begins well before the finish selections. Advanced framing techniques including 2x6 construction, raised heel trusses, and recessed headers allow for maximum insulation and a tighter thermal envelope. A proprietary waterproofing system under the footings and a comprehensive air-sealing process reinforce that envelope throughout the assembly. The HVAC system is right-sized and sealed at every seam to minimize air leakage and maintain consistent indoor comfort.

In addition to the Hibbs standard, the homeowners elected to add solar energy panels and Tesla battery storage — generating and capturing renewable energy on-site. Three 220V outlets in the garage support electric vehicle charging. Indoor air quality systems were specified to Hibbs’s elevated standard throughout.

The wellness and recreation built into the home include: a private sauna, a dedicated fitness studio, a golf simulator, and a four-season lanai that functions year-round. For a family that travels extensively by RV, the oversized motor court garage is outfitted with full utility connections — septic, water, and electricity — to support vehicle care and maintenance between trips.
